    • Heavy metals removal – metals in waste streams don’t precipitate out of solution naturally so PR Water provide a range of Lamella Clarifier’s coupled to a Chemical Dosing System. Our Lamella Clarifiers are then able to efficiently dissolve and then remove metals such as lead, copper, chromium, iron, manganese, mercury, nickel and zinc. Once pH is restored to safe levels the water can be recycled, reused and safely discharged.
    • Dust Suppression – With lung disease from silica dust becoming more and more common, it’s important to have a dust suppression solution that can reduce airborne dust particles to safe levels. The PR Water Dust Fighter Systems throw a water spray that efficiently covers a large area, to ensure dust and fly ash are no longer a problem at your plant. The cost effective PR Water Dust Cannons can be placed strategically around your plant to treat stockpiles, conveyers, tipping areas etc.
    • Mobile Truck Wash System – health and safety is an important part of your manufacturing process; you can trust the PR Water mobile and permanent truck wash equipment systems to remove dirt and contaminants from your fleet of heavy to light vehicles. Our drive through truck wash system can handle a high volume of vehicles per day and the water used is recycled via a water re-capture system.
